Slowly, but surely, I am getting arts done.  Like.... drawing.  I used to say I was an artist and for the first time in a long time, I actually feel it might be true.  Not a *good* artist, perhaps, but an artist all the same.  And I'm doing a little writing too, which is unexpected, but a pleasant surprise<3

I won't excuse my long absence (excuses are useless!), instead I'll make up for it.  I joined this site for a purpose, dammit!  I only made ONE resolution offline, and it was a good one, so I'm writing it down.  I figure I'll do the same for my dAlutions, just so I'll feel guiltier when I break them<3

So!  This year, I will...

-watch one artist per day I spend online.
-fav one submission per day I spend online.
-write one journal entry per week.
-maybe actually make some friends.  I mean, it's not like I'm doing anything else.

Oh, and the quotation is a Pratchett!quote, specifically Otto of The Truth.  He is, in turn, paraphrasing another quote, but I like it better with the accent.

So.  Why is it I don't have a billion faves/comments/whatev?  It's because I'm crazy-lazy, *that's* why!  I *could* tell all my favorite artists that I love them and spend far too many hours going through their art, but.... I don't.  'Cause typing "ILUVUHOMYGAWDSOMUCH" and pressing Add is TOO.  MUCH.  WORK.  FOR.  ME.  *ahem* /rant

I am slooo-wly but somewhat surely adding people to my little watchy-thing and I'm sure in a year or two I'll have all of you<3

INOTHERNEWS.  It has rained all day.  It has rained HARD all day.  Which makes me sehr happy because I love the rain more than anything else in the whole wide world!  Except for Christian Kane.  But he doesn't count.

And both Disgaea2 and my birthday are right around the corner (the 29th and 2nd, respectively) which are both good things.  Except my birthday which is only okay.  I'm not fond of birthdays.

Andandand.... Thea needs to add more art.

What?!  It's not like she has any art or anything!  Weal, that's true, I can't post anything 'till I buy a scanner, so I don't *technically* belong here, but I got sick of having to go through thousands of bookmarks every day to check for art!  Plus, I want to be able to give my artists the faves/comments they deserve!  So, until I get a scanner/some nerve, I exist only to appreciate you guys!

So yes.  ...I'm on DA now!  Woo!
